Ukraine is exporting wheat once more. Will it head off a worldwide meals disaster?

On Monday, the Razoni, laden with 26,000 tons of corn, was the primary ship to move out of the port of Odessa in Ukraine since Russia’s invasion. It was the start of a 120-day deal brokered by Turkey and the United Nations to move Ukraine’s grains from behind a Russian naval blockage. Ukraine, one of many world’s largest grain exporters, will start transport an estimated 18 million metric tons of grains which have been trapped within the nation since Russia’s invasion in February.
