MANILA, Philippines — The Division of Justice (DOJ) is planning to transform the Mega Drug Abuse Therapy Rehabilitation Heart (MDATRC) in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija into one other detention facility below the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor).
