Bones and weapons present simply how far south pre-industrial people obtained

Some 300 years in the past, a bunch of individuals paddled by means of the distant, icy channels of the Tierra del Fuego archipelago on the southern tip of South America and landed on a windswept island. There, they established what researchers say is the world’s southernmost human outpost earlier than the Industrial Revolution¹.
